Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our HBT organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers

80Build long term partnership with EPCs and Design Institute in building construction, manufacture and industry. Define customer segmentation and value proposition.
80Drive sales pipeline and identify key opportunities.
80Drive KA management with growth strategy plan in EPC.
80Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle.
80Strong leadership and ownership, team work with global, LOB and functions
80Understand China “Belt and Road” strategy and follow the growth.
