HR Services Administrator
As a Sr HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective HR support to employees and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing HR transactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Additionally, you will assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and collaborate with HR business partners to address HR service needs. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall effectiveness of HR operations.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell by providing timely and accurate HR support, contributing to employee satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Process HR transactions related to employee onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment status, and other HR-related activities.
61 Respond to requests for forms and data. Develop and provide adhoc employee data reports.
61 Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
61 Manage the cases in HR ticketing system and handle requests and inquiries from employees
61 Process employment verifications and government information requests and attendance files
61 Handle statutory benefits related activities including payroll upload and monthly contribution;
61 Be responsible for payroll input(including severance and all other payment calculation)
61 Update payroll allowances or withholdings in monthly uploading sheet
61 Coordinate with payroll for all kinds of incentive, mandatory increases, International payments, retention, etc
61 Process invoices, distribution lists, expense reports inside HR department
61 Apply special working hours
61 Manage additional assignment /project from Team Leader
YOU MUST HAVE
61 1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar HR support role.
61 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
61 Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software applications.
