Description (Please list 5~8 job responsibilities)
1.Be responsible for customer claims solution and product quality continuous improvement, have strong leadership and communication skills to enhance customer experience.
2.Lead critical customer return (RMA) investigation and effective solution implementation, which particularly include fast response for RMA closure, containment action implementation, coordinate with related departments to dig out root cause and take corrective and preventive actions, draft 8D report and communicate with customer to close any open issues.
3.Host customer audit and customer visit reception, have overall quality system insights and product knowledge to support customer audit and onsite specific factory visit.
4.Drive Customer Focus Team (CFT) to ensure KPI on track regularly.
5.Leading Quality Alert (CCA/CI) or Quality Hold weekly update and follow up to meet ageing days 60days/30days.
6.Have good English communication ability to collaborate with Honeywell multiple oversea manufacture sites for internal quality improvement.
7.Any other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc. ):
1.Bachelor degree or above and Engineering related majors.
2.More than 5 years experience in mix of Quality, production and process engineering experience.
3.Experience with new product introduction in volume manufacturing specifically.
4.Strong Coordination, Communication Skill, Good project management skill and leadership abilities.

1.Familiar with quality tools.

3.Able to work independently.
4.Both Chinese and English are fluently
